Where do your products come from?
All of our products are purchased at our physical store locations in Columbus and Toledo Ohio. We pay on the spot for good condition and in-style designer handbags, jewelry, clothing and more. For more information please visit our selling or locations page.
How and when will my items be shipped?
We provide free US shipping nationwide on all orders. All items are currently being shipped via US postal and you will receive a tracking number after we have shipped your order. We will do our best to ship orders within 1-3 business days. Shipping times can vary but generally we see just a few days to most places in the continental United States and 1-2 days to locations in or adjacent to Ohio. Please note we do not ship international. We also offer in-store pickup - at checkout, under shipping method, select CHANGE. Choose Instant Pickup. The items will be ready for pickup immediately and can be picked up at any time during our normal business hours at the location listed for each product.

What is your return policy?
We do not currently offer returns for items purchased and shipped on our online store. Please see our full Return Policy for more information.
Will I receive Club CM Rewards points for my purchases?
Yes, you will receive 1 point per dollar spent. Please be sure to use the same phone number or e-mail address as your in-store loyalty account when completing your order. NOTE: Currently we do not offer the ability to redeem loyalty rewards or in-store coupons at our online store however we will look into offering this option as soon as possible. Thanks!

What kind of things do you buy?
We buy women’s clothing Sizes 0-26, maternity, shoes, handbags, accessories, and designer perfumes. We also purchase tops, blazers, coats, dresses, skirts, shorts, capris, jeans, pants, shoes, jewelry, and belts. We are looking for items that are in great condition and are current to stores in the last 1-2 years. From around December through April, spring and summer style items are more in demand and from around July to November fall and winter items, however we do try to buy all seasons all year round. Yes, Clothes Mentor is designed for ALL women sizes 0-26.
When do I get paid for my items?
Unlike consignment or online selling, you will be paid CASH On-the-Spot for any items that we are able to purchase which total under $100. If your items are over $100 we will provide payment by business check. You may also choose store credit payment to receive Customers may also choose store credit payment to receive a bonus between 10-25%!
How should I bring my items in?
We ask that your items are freshly laundered and brought in off hangers and in baskets or bins. All items should be in good condition and free from any stains, fading, holes, broken zippers, missing buttons, etc.
How many items can I bring in at one time?
We do not limit the number of items that you can bring in, but we do suggest, especially for the first time you come in you only bring 20-30 items so you can see what we are looking for and so we can complete the processing faster.
When do you accept buys?
We accept buys every day up until one hour prior to the store closing. Store Locations
How long does it take?
We go through your items right away and will get them back to you as quickly as possible. Buys are processed on a first come, first served basis. Times may vary depending on the number of buys ahead of you.
Do you buy men’s, junior’s, or children’s clothing?
No, we are sorry but we only buy women’s clothing.
Do you buy all seasons?
From around December through April, spring and summer style items are more in demand and from around July to November fall and winter items, however we do try to buy all seasons all year round. During the off seasons or depending on inventory levels we may choose to be slightly more selective.
How do you determine how much you will pay me for my items?
We price all of the items that we purchase using our computer matrix. Most of our items are priced at about 1/3 to 1/2 of the original retail price, and then we pay you approximately 1/3 to 1/2 of that.
