Our Policy

Authenticity is of utmost importance to our brand and is something we take very seriously. If you have a question about any of our items, feel free to email or call prior to ordering and we will do our best to provide additional information or pictures to help you make an informed decision. As always we stand by all of our products and if you feel something is not right about your purchase please let us know so we can try to make it right. 

Authentication Process

We pay our in-store customers cash on-the-spot for all items we purchase/sell. To protect our interests and our customers our experienced buyers follow an extremely rigorous brand specific authentication process. This involves researching the specific brand and product and comparing known labels, identifying marks, stitching, material, craftsmanship, and other counterfeit prevention stickers before we purchase or sell the item. If we do find goods which are counterfeit we simply do not purchase them and will never list them on our website or in-store.
